All security personnel are meticulously screened and individually selected. This includes a thorough background check that consists of but not limited to:
- Criminal History
- Prior Employment
- Education Verification
- Personal References
- DMV Check
All security personnel are drug tested and psychological tested.
Centurion Protection believes effective training reduces employee turnover and greatly enhances employee performance and morale, while minimizing liability exposure.
Centurion’s training program consists of:
- Professionally produced videotaped security programs and comprehensive testing.
- Rigid training programs that meet and usually exceed all state-mandated training requirements.
- Individually designed On-the-job training programs based upon the complexity, specifications and responsibilities of the security officer, for each individual client.
Prior to assignment all security personnel must complete the Basic Security Officer Training program which consists of 12 training modules.
